What's the problem with this bios?

The Power LED turns on white, the ESC + Shift LED turns on white and nothing happens. No Display no fan spinning and all leds keep white until i disconnect it from power.
Shift LED turns off after 5-6 Seconds and if i kill it with 10s power button the next start the white power led keeps turning on and off every 5 seconds.
Do you know anything thats wrong? Charing works and no burns, black components or other sings of failure.

There really was a problem with soldering. I redid it, checked it with a microscope. The behavior when starting the laptop has changed as it was after the f8cn58ww update. The power button, esc and caps lights up, then everything goes out and lights up again, while caps goes out and nothing else happens. If there are any other options on how to fix this, please suggest.

P.S. Please note that I previously updated Intel Management Engine 15.0 Firmware to version F8ME05WW.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. But the symptoms are different, earlier the LEDs on the caps lock and escape were lit, now only the power button slowly blinks. As if there is no BIOS at all.

After updating to firmware f8cn59ww, the fan stopped working and the sound card was not detected. On the support forum, the manufacturer sent me the previous firmware f8cn58ww and after this update, the screen stopped showing. HDMI connection does not work. I only have dumps of the firmware f8cn58ww, I will attach them to the message. I will also add the installation file.
I also tried the firmware from post 19, it does not work.

Please help me fix the firmware.
