Try this backup, but you should listen to SMDFlea and post the things he mentioned in order to get newest bios with your DMI included.

Reading your bios chip again. The file you posted is only half, the other half is empty.

Hi buddies., working on this Lenovo Laptop. Problem is sometimes there is display & boots & then shuts down., & at times no display at all. All voltages are present, I assume that Bin file has to be re-done. Original BIN files is attached.

Don't worry about this bin. I easred the BIOS Chip & re-programmed the Original bin to the IC. All worked fine. Thanks
