Firstly TLDR:
Got a lenovo l340-15irh laptop from previous owner.
He had a problem with bios (after changing a setting in bios, device got bricked)
He had a shitty fix for that.
Laptop works except TPM, Wired lan, secondary hard drive(sata port) and Intel Audio( Intel Smart Sound Technology OED with error: FW did not sent FW Ready notification.)
TPM, Wired Lan, Second drive is not recognized by bios or windows. Audio is but maybe driver issue.
Fix included changing flash chip i presume. Because it is not original in service manuals and it has barely noticable reworking.
Flashed Bios does not have any MTM, Levono serial number(i have the original box, and label on device so i have correct MTM and serial) and Os License OA3 key. Though windows is original, it was not formatted before and after fix and receives any windows updates
My questions: Probably because a shitty bios flash replacement and flashing a half ass bios is it possible these hardware disabled or not recognized by device? Is it possible to fix!? bios? Or at least would anyone help filling mtm and serial at least? Also what would you think after changing a bios setting (he told me it was about virtualization) having these hardware issues are normal or should i post it hardware forum also?

I have current bios dumped, i also ordered and got original winbond flash chip that may be used as a backup. I dumped bios 4 times and with two different software, checked with HxD and they are identical. So attaching below as "BGCN35WW-current.zip". Also there is a bios update at:

I disassembled device and noticed that bios chip is changed with gigadevice GD25Q128 and when i checked pcb documents found in this forum original one is winbond W25Q128JVSIQ. I ordered new winbond and may use as a backup.
If you would at least help me filling Product name, mtm, serial nr for bios here they are:

Lenovo U1 Tool did not work. Formatted USB, followed instructions @ https://github.com/ASparkOfFire/lenovo-u1-tool, booted with usb, selected tool, entered commands as stated, did not receive any error but bios info did not change. will try otherComment

I have the same problem, I fix it when I reinstall ram, battery, power button hold 30 sec, Novo button, Bios battery of for 1 min, all night don't work this config and light next to cable for power been red at the morning start to be light I think battery Need more recharge, after that I reinstall windows this fix bug after hybernation, (after Lenovo logo before log screen comes mouse with loading and black screen) After install with fresh windows everything but I see nvidia card don't show, I read at forums of Lenovo, that just need to update with last version of bios I do it before 5 min and now again computer flash 7 times and turn off.
WTF!!!
I read here solution with with Bios, but how I can change bios if computer don't don't like to start ?Comment

When I change electricity cable at other connector at room,
l340 start windows, Last version of bios find Nvidia.
I think one more week problems with Lenovo and I can fix all their problems hahahahComment

I have recently fixed a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 ALC6 that was not booting due to a BIOS issue. After flashing the BIOS, the laptop boots up, but hard disk is not recognized in BIOS. Is says "Hard Disk : Not Installed". I have tried with 2 different drives (one that I know is working on another laptop) but I get the same result. I do not know if disks were recognized before I got the laptop and fix it, but I don't see any reason why not. I can boot on USB though.
Here the steps I have taken to fix the laptop:

So a couple of years ago i got a bios update through Lenovo Vantage, so i installed it and bricked my whole BIOS, so i couldn't fix it so i put that ideapad in a box, 3 years later i found that one PC and want to recover it to switch from a 2014 hp laptop to this one.
I found a method to recover the BIOS of many lenovo laptops tha consists in pluging in a USB Flash with the BIOS files and power on the laptop with Fn + R keys pressed until fans go loud and start beeping loud, but nothing worked, so i think filename is wrong, i tried naming the bios file as 07WW.BIN, BIOS.BIN, BIOS.fd,...10-11-2024, 03:12 PM -

Summary of BIOS Whitelist Removal Problem
Problem:
I am attempting to remove the WWAN card whitelist from my Lenovo ThinkPad T560.
Initial Findings:- My current BIOS version is N1KET58W (1.45).
- I have a CH341A programmer and have successfully created two full backups of my BIOS.
- I have the ability to use command-line tools on a Linux machine.
- I attempted to use several automated and manual patching methods on my N1KET58W (1.45) BIOS, including using hex strings. These attempts all failed.
