Thank you. The processor is still on its way. It will take about 10-14 days to get there. Did you clear the me region in the firmware? And the boot guard hash keys? It is important to me because I want the processor to remain clean. Where did you get the flash image tool? I tried all the available ones, can you post them, if it is not a secret of course.Comment

30 days ago a Dell Vostro 3400 came to the workshop with a power failure. According to the schematic, the issue was PU301 (SY8286BRAC). I ordered the chip from AliExpress and replaced it.
Now the board powers on, battery charges, and current draw is normal, but there’s no video output.
I’ve already tried several BIOS files posted here in this forum for similar machines. Some don’t even power on the board, others turn on and then shut down. I also tried cleaning the original BIOS using the official Dell update, but still no success.
Here are the details:- Dell Vostro 3400
- Reg Model: P132G
- Service Tag: FG146W3
- Motherboard: GDI4A LA-K034P Rev 1.0 (A00) 2021-04-28
I’m attaching my original backups in case someone can help. If anyone has a working BIOS or advice on the correct ME region, I’d really appreciate it.

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.
I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

Hi, I hope some one has some advice for me. I searched the forums but didn't see anything relevant. I acquired two identical Dell 9010 Mid Tower computers from a business office upgrade (they were going to throw them out). Both of them have the same motherboard (00F82W). One of them works flawlessly. The other one had a corrupted BIOS. I tried flashing numerous main BIOS and EC files from the internet, but none of them worked. I recently bought a Dell G15 5515 with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and 3060 RTX. The BIOS chip on it was dead, and my hardware guy replaced the chip. After that, everything was working fine.
The BIOS is currently at version 1.22.1, and I wanted to update it. I downloaded the latest BIOS version from Dell Support using my ST: FQZMYJ3, but when I tried to run it, it says "unsupported system." I asked my tech guy what he did, and he said he took the chip from another board and flashed it onto mine.

Could someone help trying to unlock this BIOS, seems that Dell have changed the layout of new Dell Pro 8FC8 bioses from checking HXD - 4000 bits do not need changing, only 2000. However after FF the section starting from '01000' upto 2000 bits and then soldering the chip back it seems that the microchip on the motherboard is recovering the bios back to original settings after first boot. I've attached the two BIOS (16MB and 8MB). The laptop turns on but only displays a backlight. I tried another BIOS and it works fine, but I can't exit manufacturing mode. Thanks to anyone who can help me....
