take out everything (dvd, wifi, hdd, etc) and try, see what happens ..

i have try another hdd , another windows usb stick but same results , it stuck on windows instalation

MAYBE THOSE ARE CAUSES ..

You have a Yoga version,this is the right bios https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=74216 .You have no DMI in your backup as far as i can see ,so it can`t be copied from your backup.
The two 510-15isk models both have a different bios.

just on power adapter works perfect but on battery even is full charged cant run , i hope is battery problem ..

Do you have the serial number back now.If you do then the DMI is in the EC. Flashing the EC might fix the charging problem,but it might be just a bad battery, or some other problem.If you decide to flash the EC make a backup first.

Hi guys, I have Lenovo YOGA 510-14isk, I tried using the first bios uploaded here, it did the same thing - turns on and freezes at Lenovo screen. Then I have tried using the other one which worked for the guy but still not for me, after boot freezes again. Could you please upload the right bios for me? Thank you in advance

post the S/N, post the original content of the bios chip, the motherboard model, etc.

change HDD, change Windows, check the solder joints on the HDD connector..
