That bios and the previous one you posted are both Tiger Lake, he needs an Ice Lake bios

I searched the entire system just to help. If I could find a 32mb ice like bios, I would fix it, but there is none

Extract the 16MB bios region from the bios update, find another dell bios model that uses the Ice lake chip, copy the bios region over ,clean the ME firmware. It should use the same boot guard and if the OEM configuration is the same it will work. If the OEM configuration is different it will not boot at all or work partially.

I tried this first, but the flash image tool wouldn't let me install it, even though they were the same ME versions. I also think the CSE region partitions wouldn't work either. If that worked partially, I thought I could update it from the BIOS.

try. 1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart.
2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

i have no backup file because my chip is corrupted. and my programmer says that no chip is detected.
