I have a problem with TPM error 5420. I tried to replace the old BIOS file, but it doesn't work, I'm stuck at version 1.45, I can't go back! Please help me solve the TPM error!

I have tried several of the bin files on this post, but after flashing, the laptop tries to boot up, screen flashes multiple colors in succession (white, green, blue, red) restarts afterwards and repeats the same cylce. Attached is the locked bin file that I backed upEmeriComment

Hello everyone,
I need the EC firmware dump for Dell Latitude 5420, motherboard GDF40 LA-K491P Rev 3.0 (A02).
The embedded controller is MEC5107-LJ (UE1).
The EC flash chip is W25Q80DV, 8Mbit (1MB).
I already have the 32MB BIOS dump (W25Q256JV), but my system is still not powering on — just amber blink. I suspect the EC firmware is missing or corrupted.
If anyone has this board and can share their EC dump from the 25Q80DV, I’d be very grateful.
