HP Probook 650 g4

A relative has bought a used laptop online and has asked me to check if I can remove the messages that appear when starting the laptop.

The following two messages appear

- Your system is not fully configured. Please contat HP customer support
-This BIOS is not for Production Use


I have tried to update the bios but it gives error. The bios version is Ver 80.31.00.

well, you'd better post clear pictures of the motherboard on both sides..

attached is a picture of the motherboard, and the label is
CHROMIA-60650A2930001-MB-A01(A1)
You can see on the board where I was trying to remove one chip it said winboard, but I'm not sure if that's it.

Post the part number etched onto both of the WSON8 chips.

Yep ,backup the 25Q128 chip. If its only got an admin pass RCUnlocker will unlock it.If it has a user pass as well backup the other chip and post both. my programmer is not good enough for this chip and i can't read it. I use EZP2019, can you recommend another better one so I can order for Bosnia?

I'll add to my post above. I flashed the laptop with a set of EC and MAIN bios from post No. 6. The laptop began to turn on, which indicates that the hardware is completely working. But when you turn it on, the fan starts turning at full speed, then it stops and works normally. It also takes a long time to turn on, the screen is dark for about 40 seconds. This is understandable, since the BIOS is from another laptop. I can't collect a working dump from my original and the update from the site. Please help me. 2 original bios in the archive.

I don’t know the password on the old original BIOS, the laptop wouldn’t turn on.
