Need bios Dell XPS 9310 GDA30 La-J143P

My laptop power on, dell Logo display for about 15 sec then turn to blank( no thing display on) and Led power blink ( 2 Amber, 7 light)
i have clear Me region but no thing change
some one can help me. thank you alot!

the posted bios is corrupt..nothing can be done with it..read the bios chip again and post again ..

it turn on and hang on Dell logo
and i press power button, laptop turn of then auto turn on then hang on Dell logo again
