    HP ENVY 15-j040el bios dump

    Hi,

Maybe someone has bios dump of this laptop? I accidentally flashed with f72 version which I think is from j100x series and cannot back to original latest or any other bios which made for this laptop. Maybe someone has dump from it?

one worked, did not know exactly which, because I dumped both to separate chip and soldered. But now I have problem with dmi information. How to enter them, if I don't know them. I still have original dump, so probably all information will be in that dump. Probably can use HP BCU to enter all info.

I can't tell you why you don't have the other optins, I didn't have these problems on any laptop where I wanted to change the DMI information ... I use the same program ... try this too ... you still have the original bios of the laptop ???

Yeah I have dump of original bios chip. I may try manually add these line to config, maybe it will work. Otherwise just try set manufacturing mode to lock. At this moment, laptop show that model name is hp pavilion

To end this thread, I set in config dmi information and also set manufacturer programing mode to lock. None of dmi information was saved in bios but now it doesn't show that error message, so I think I leave this way and I won't bother my head about that information is not correct

I need a BIOS dump for the Samsung S49CG934SU monitor
                  by Habble7
The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

                  Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

                  Troubleshooting Attempts:

                  Hi all,

My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)

Cannot modify HP Envy 15 ep-00008na BIOS
                  by Kenzi
                  Hi everyone,

I'm trying to modify my BIOS to unlock the advanced menus and unlock the processor power limits. The first thing I have tried is reading the BIOS from the laptop and opening it up in amibcp, and changing the advanced menu to User. However, no matter what tiny change I make to the BIOS, when I flash it back to the laptop with a programmer it says there is corruption and the BIOS needs to be recovered.

I've also tried rolling back the BIOS to an older version. I made the mistake of updating to the latest version and now I cannot even edit the CFG and OC...

MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 - real bios dump from board needed (no stock bios)
                  by DynaxSC
Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).

I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. Tried with a similar board, but there are too much differences, and the stock BIOS is missing a lot of...

HP OMEN 17-an012nf BIOS dump with EC (DAG3BAMBAF0 REV : F)
                  by MDSI
                  Hello,

I'm requesting a full BIOS dump (including EC firmware) for an HP OMEN 17-an012nf laptop.

                  Details:
                  Model : HP OMEN 17-an012nf
                  Motherboard Part Number : DAG3BAMBAF0 REV : F
                  Serial Number (S/N) : 5CD7280D51
                  BIOS chip : Winbond W25Q64VSIQ
                  Programmer : EZP2023+
Issue : The motherboard is not powering on. Only the 5V rail is present. The 3.3V rail is missing because EN1 on the SY8286B remains stuck at 0V. This signal is driven directly by the EC/SIO. I replaced the 3.3V regulator and confirmed it's working.

                  I already...
