For anyone still searching for solution here it is:

The password is stored in EC chip NPCE288 from 0x2600 to 0x2647. Just fill in with FF.

Here the Screenshot and also my locked and my unlocked EC file.

Type of CPU celeron/pentium (Braswell) or Ix (Skylake)
Two differents bios

For me it's Braswell because R0AET39W on bios


otherwise it would be R0Bxxxxx if skylake

LR-08UGF8, no reconoce ningun tipo de disco, se verifico voltaje de entrada en el puerto y este se encuentra bien, he probado varios bios pero en todos me sale igual, es como si no se borrara, agradezco tu colaboracion para reparar b ios, gracias.
