Dell E5570 MB LA-C841P help with BIOS

Dell e5570 -Please clean me region .
The laptop starts up,fan spins,no display. After about 15 seconds laptop turns off.
After about 30 seconds it starts up again on its own and repeats above steps.
It does this repeatedly but there is no display.
I have tried 2or three files from this thread but they are not working.
I have tried cleaning me region but i didnt have Me 11.0.18.1002 so i installed next
available one and i must have done something wrong so laptop does not start anymore.

I have enclosed my original file before i cleaned it

My device only spins the fan when I turn on the power button, but when I turn on Windows and the device is hot, the fan doesn't spin, can you help me?

I don`t know,start a new thread in the main laptop forum, and a link to the schematic .

I have a problem with bios from post #17. I copied DVAR from my old bios and it is working, but I have problem with lan card (code 10). Should I copy something more from old bios?

I have E5570 LA-C841P REV3.0 UMA. With my bios, mobo goes to 0,8A; then fall to 0,5A; stays like that or turn off after few minutes. Always no screen and VCC_GT =0V. I tried many bioses from internet and all started only to 0,25A.
I tried bios fixed by PESTE from post #17. It turns on and off 3 times (I think it's normal without bios battery) and gives me DELL logo-so it's working- thanks PESTE. Only strange thing, when I have logo on screen, VCC_GT is still 0V (I'm 99,9% sure). Now I'm trying move my windows key.

I don't understand, how's the PU601 working. VCCCORE have en signal FCCM_VCORE 5V and PWM1_VCORE 0,4V but PU605 a PU6060 doesn't get this signal from PU601. Why?
