when i shutdown from system, all devices turn off but fan keep going to work. and power light up. im thinking about me region. org me in bios 11.0.0.1180 , i tryed with 1183 and 1178 but these me region cant take image from notebook. org. bios in attachment

This is not bios related at all. I see two probabilities
01.lan chip is bad
02.3V/5V DC to DC Load switch is faulty. eg EM5106VT
The IC may not be same in your board but you need to check enable pin on this load switch. The EN pin should drop to 0 when turned off but perhaps its not going down to 0.

Hello, i have some issues with my laptop Lenovo Y700-17ISK (motherboard BY511 NM-A541), it started when i turn on the laptop, but the lcd wont turn on, i then connected it via hdmi to tv and screen was ok. So i thought maybe lcd stripe is faulty, i removed the bottom cover, disconnected main battery, reset the cmos by disconnecting battery for 1 min, then slighty move the lcd stripe. Conncted power supply and tuned on my laptop, the lcd turn on, it started to load os, then it turn off, after a second it turn on, then after like 3 seconds turn off again, and so on. Hello:
I have both these laptops that appeared to have the same fault so I thought I would have a go at replacing the PCH as something to learn, they both are using the same PCH.
I started on the ACER:
Up on connecting power no signs of life but current is consumed from the bench power supply and the PCH is hot.
All the caps on the top of the PCH are showing 0 ohms and the 3.3v rail is shorted.
I followed the videos from Sorin, Electronics Repair School on Youtube heating from the bottom to install. I practised on around 10 scrap... -
Hello, I have an Acer Aspire 4520 from a couple of decades ago and I want to repair it solely for nostalgia.
It happens that when I turn it on after having been disconnected for a long time, it turns on without problems, it tells me that the BIOS has been reset and that it will load the factory settings, if I tell it to continue, the computer turns on and everything works fine.
