i have the latest bios 5.06 exe but it won´t install as i have no battery for it

Your backup is mostly empty.Make another one.What programmer are you using

Try this . Bios version 5.06 merged,extracted from the exe ,and clean ME region.

doesn´t work, laptop won´t start any more.
after programming i did a verify, just to be sure.
bios battery was/is still out.
power button has 3,3v

shall i flash the old bios back?

yes flash the old one back and see if it boots.Your last bios backup had a corrupt ME firmware.There could have been some other corruption in your backup. Are you using a clip or did you desolder the bios.

i first used the clip, after you said there was a lot missing i solderd the chip from the board.

keyboard is not working with 5.03 and it switches off after 30 minutes, that´s why i wanted to update.

i am soldering again...
