19v, 3,3v, 5v 1,1v present, Monitor starts, OSD present....just no picture on any input.

need bios dump acer aspire 7739g
Hi all,
laptop fell off table and display broke.
switches on and tried to attach external monitor but no picture.
think it might be bios problem, would like to programm it with a working dump.
Board is a AIC70 Rev 2.0

Hi
I have this notebook with liquid damage (see picture).
After cleaning the marked areas notebook turns on when pressing the power button and the fan spins for about 8 seconds and stops then, but the display does not come on.
The battery charges when it is attached (LED turns orange), but won´t start from battery.
When on these coils have:
PL202 = 16,81v
PL602 = 1,021v
PL1206 = 0v
PL1205 = 0v
PL1203 = 0v
PL11 = 1,209v
PL9 = 3,385v
PL8 = 5,08v

i have a ch341a black edition, with this programmer i wrote the bios as mentioned in my first post but at boot it wanted a password which was never set. the programmer seems to work.......i thinkLeave a comment:

Hi all.
i need some help.
My Boss gave me a brand new never used Lenovo E590 that was lying around for a year or 2.
I unboxed it and it won´t boot, the power led flashes a few times and then it switches off.
I opened the laptop, disconnected the battery and the bios battery, shorted the pins of bios battery and put all together again.....still no boot.
The notebook is out of warranty and so i flashed the bios with the dump from another E590. Laptop now boots but shows error message:

first of all thank you for responding.
it might not be clear enough on the picture but the resistors 3 on the right side and resistors 4 and 5 on the top are all connected to pin 5 ACOK, the bottom of resistor 4 is connected to ground and the bottom of resistor 5 goes to pin 16 REGN.
The left side of resistor 6 goes to pin 1 of a K72 (small signal mosfet)
i have searched for a similar layout but found nothing near it.
i swapped resistor 6 to get 2,6v so i don´t need the value of resistor 6 anymore....Leave a comment:

somebody replaced the charging chip BQ25A, whilst soldering the resistors 1 to 6 became loose and he isn´t sure they are all in the right place.
as i can´t find a schematic i am hoping somebody can measure the correct values.
The board is a D15D REV:2.1
