SORRY FOR MISTAKE ,THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IAM POSTING HERE,DELL LATITUDE 5410,MOTHERBOARD MODEL NUMBER LA-J371P,SERVICE TAG NOW JQQG893,I NEED TO CHANGE THIS SERVICE TAG TO 5WPN893,AND REMOVE BIOS PASSWORD ALSO

Hi guys,

I got this 5410 here with 32mb and 1mb SPI chips and no image, keyboard light works so I assume most voltages are ok, or at least there is no major shortcircuit. I reflashed the 32mb to no avail but can't find the 1mb to try it as well.

post the Service Tag..post the original bios of the laptop even if it is corrupted,the motherboard model, the full name and model of the laptop,

The file in your machine is normal but when it goes through the programmer to go out it is abnormal. The fault lies with the programmer.
