I am looking for some expert help to generate a master unlock code for my Dell laptop. In January, I bought this laptop second-hand. At the time of purchase, everything worked perfectly: the battery was in good health, and there was absolutely no BIOS password active. Recently, likely triggered by automatic software/BIOS updates combined with a sudden hardware battery failure (my battery report shows the full charge capacity suddenly dropped from 31,000 mWh to 10,078 mWh within a few days), the system locked up and is now asking for a BIOS setup password.
