My laptop has lost its original BIOS and no longer has the S/T label. I downloaded the BIOS from a forum, but it takes 30 seconds for the DELL logo to appear. Can someone help me fix this ? Thanks

Initially the laptop turned on, but did not appear. after I checked there was a bios ic mark on the lift, then I tried to find the bios on a forum. after I flash the laptop is completely dead.

I need help removing/unlocking the BIOS Service Tag password on my Dell Latitude 5520 laptop.
Problem details:
* Model: Dell Latitude 5520.
* Board ID (from BIOS file): TGL MB 8L 19819-1 (Southpeak15).
* Required Password Code: 3FE2 (BIOS Service Tag Lockout Code).
* Service Tag: (HMHJQ93)
* BIOS Status: I successfully modded the BIOS file and created FINAL_CLEANED_ME.bin (32MB) with a clean ME region (CSME 15.0), because the original dump was corrupt.
What I need:

I have a dell 5410 with locked bios, than I dump bios from a identical laptop and I've flashed it. But now all system information are identical to the bios donator laptop, how can I write again the correct service tag and other infos? I attach the original loched bios bios, how can I extract the right infos? And how can I write it?... -
