sturcture of your bios is not ok, it contains only Bios Region. Anyway, try this bios, extracted from bios update.

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode. Let it run for 2 mins. it will restart several times with no image.

I'm new to computers and new on this site so don't blame me if I don't understand everything

Some time ago, I bought a Dell Latitude 5530.
In the meantime, I forgot my administrator password.
I still have access to a user session, but I can no longer access the admin session.

I tried to reset the admin password and realized that I have a Bios password. It doesn't speak to me at all and I don't seem to have set a bios password.

Please, do you have a solution to disable the Bios password?

But when i used the RT809F to detect chip and dump, It shows W25Q128BV
Im so confused.
Here is my Dump anyway.
