Try this one , if info is gone , boot into windows and use THIS TOOL to restore.

HP bios tools won`t work with a toshiba.

The pass is stored in the SMSC MEC chip .The password can only be removed by challenge response code or by swapping the MEC chip with a password free one from a donor board,they can`t be flashed as JTAG access is blocked.
