Can somebody remove the admin password of this BIN, the owner told me that he cannot remember the admin password.

Here's your Unlocked file, hope it works fine.
In the first boot go to bios menu and disable security options (Default).
If the password still present, search for another 8MB or 16MB chip and upload its content.
