Your file from Post #20 is corrupted, I think if you program it back to your device it will not work. Perhaps you are doing something wrong when read/write the chip, you can try the file from Post #18.

Hi! I have a A516M, X515MA bord with password on boot.. I have no idea what the password was. Can someone please help me with the password? I tried to edit the file and delete somethings.. but no luck
