I can't reflash the bios thru fptw64 it gives me "error368 Failed to disable write protection for the BIOS space. Operation failed". So that's why i am looking for someone that can decrypt the password from the .bin file.

can't be decrypted, you have to remove bios chipset from board and read/write with a programmer.

after having it sitting for many years windows came on a BSOD and they wont boot anymore.
Ive had set a UEFI password which i dont recall. Is there a way to bypass it with bios reprogramming or replacing?

The error may be due to electronic components being left inactive for a long time, causing moisture and damage to the components.
