Good afternoon, Volinakis, thanks for your reply. I copied the serial number from my BIOS to the working BIOS at the same hexadecimal address, but the machine no longer turns on. I then replaced the serial number from my BIOS to the working BIOS. This time, the machine turned on, and in setup, it shows that the serial number had changed, but it still doesn't detect the disks. Is there any other way to solve my problem?

Good afternoon, I managed to find an identical machine in which the sensor works, I recorded the BIOS from the functional machine onto the one where the sensor does not work, but it does not detect the disk. Good evening, I have this HP 640 G9. It turns on, displays video, and then reboots. It doesn't enter setup or the operating system. It only displays the HP logo. When I press F10, it prompts me to enter the BIOS, and then reboots.
Could any expert please help me fix or remove a BIOS password?
