Hi,
during windows forced bios update, laptop wouldn't turn on. When plugged to charging cable, charging light would blink white/orange while caps lock led was constantly on.
I tried flashing both bios chips and I could power on my pc.
I am wondering if anyone could fix my original bios files I have read?

i have fixed my previous issue "When plugged to charging cable, charging light would blink white/orange while caps lock led was constantly on."
flashing EC_bios chip and cleaning VSS2 on bios did the trick.
Now everything works except hdmi port.
I have checked with multiple monitors/tvs and multiple hdmi cables, updated bios to latest version and installed all the drivers and windows 11 updates. I have also cleaned HDMI port with IPA.
I am uploading bios dumps I have used (U367.bin does not contain DMI info as I have added that with BCU)

Monitors are not recognized even when using hp ultra slim dock, or HP usb c dock.
Could it be due to cleaning vss2 on BIOS, or is is due to EC_bios?
Maybe EDCP got deleted ?
Any help on this would be much appreciated

Hi,
i need some help :-/
i deleted in Bios the Admisnistrator password with old password, but after it didn't allow me to modify the User password. Now i can't boot, enter the bios or do anything. It asking at boot for password, old password don't work...
Could you please remove all password related stuff from this bios. A hate Asus....

Hi, i have a Panasonic Cf-W5 with the bios password, I tried remove cmos but problem didnot solve.
I uploaded the picture after remove cmos battery, It look like this is a Phoenix bios. The bios dump file in the link i attached

I have NEC PC-VKT16GZG6 laptop with a BIOS/supervisor password.
It uses a Winbond 25Q128JVSQ 2021 BIOS chip, from which I successfully saved a backup using the NeoProgrammer tool. I created two backups and checked both with HxD—they were identical.
Could you please help me remove or reset the password?
The “LENOVO BIOS AUTO-PATCHER for Supervisor Password Removal” tool returns the following error:
“Backup1.bin is corrupted or does not contain a valid dump.”

Hi BadCaps team,
I’m asking for a bit of community help with a Proline notebook that’s stuck with a Power-ON (BIOS) password. The laptop has very limited info available and I suspect it may be a local (South African) Proline board. Thought I’d check here in case anyone has seen this one before.
What I have:- Model: Proline NoteBook V146GNK
- Board: SU_GN100_MB_V12_20231120A
- Serial: GN10Q12124205W1588
- Notes: 12V main board. Very little documentation available.
What I’d like to request:- Has anyone dealt with this Proline board before or seen matching BIOS/firmware
