Fill DMI with HP BCU ,Bios Config utility
Get old DMI from your main bios backup with rexers DMI tool - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...57-hp-dmi-tool

Try this new BIOS with cleared ME Region.
Leave the EC (16MB) as is.

I've flashed it, but as soon as plugged in , it does a weird blinking sequence and does not power on at all.

With the original it turns on but shuts off after HP logo...

Give some time...yes there are "weird" blinking sequence (orange-white) but it will start after a time...sometimes even 3 - 5 minutes...if there are no other issues.
