With this BIOS update the motherboard turns on, I can see the Keyboard Power LED lit, but the amps on the ampmeter is stuck to 0.03, no movement at all & CPU is cold., With my previous BIOS file it would take around .40 ~ .20 amps up & down fluctating & the CPU used to get warm & then fan turned on. I think that the re-build BIOS is not updated well.Comment

Thanks "SMDFlea" I really appreciate your help. Now with the BIOS file you send me, all came back to normal, I see the fan running, CPU getting warm & the motherboard taking 0.40 amp which I think is right, but still no display. I can clearly view that the backlight turns on & off & it goes throught the initial septup process like all ASUS do, but I cannot get the image on the screen., Even with the External monitor NO Display. I am assuming still it's the BIOS issue as I can even measure that all voltages are present on the motherboard to turn on. Thank in advance.Comment

With ASUS, not everything is quite so simple. I will show you my way. It may be longer or harder but it is the right way to do it in my humble opinion.
For example, you can have 3 similar ASUS motherboards, all being the same model, all of which will have different BIOS versions.
I will give you an example and my version of preparing BIOS from ASUS website and in the process I am always cleaning Intel ME while doing it so you have fully cleaned BIOS, no DMI data, no password, nothing.

I have spent the last hour on this and I guess this is just over my head, so here I am.
I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard here that needs to have the BIOS updated in order to accept the latest CPUs.
The BIOS chips seem to come as a set of two: GD25B64ESIG and GD25B128ESIG. My guess is one of them is a fail-safe for the main BIOS? I really don't know. Or one of them is ME and other is BIOS? I don't know.
Anyway, I took dumps of both chips and then downloaded the latest update for this motherboard from ASUS's website... -

i have laptop which during BIOS Update from Windows Update in some way broke dump -not working sound, Intel OED code 10 ("fw did not send fw ready notification").
I need clean dump with inserted SN and other DMI data from my BIOS and sticker. Not sure if Win key is in BIOS.
Is there way to build BIOS from update file? I tried extract it in many ways and find paterns from original dump but i think its not so easy like some time ago.. xD

I have an Asus s5506ma that was bricked after a Windows update supposedly when it was updating bios. It seems to be a meteorlake Intel CPU core ultra, I cannot find too much info regarding this hardware, anyone have info about if it contains Intel ME engine and if there is any tool for disassemble spi image like we do with all CSME or TXE versions using the appropriate Intel ME tool? The problem is original bios file Asus provides, has bios guard protection, I downloaded the latest update for Ami_pfat_extractor from plomatov (previous versions of AMI bios guard extractor doesn't work),with that...
