            I flashed the bios with another file my laptop starts but it remains long to display it remains for 30 seconds

                  Yes if you flash bios from another laptop. You should post your original bios dump and somebody can fix that. This way service tag etc stay original.

                      I changed with several bios and it still remains the same service tag but it is not the original

                      I dont have the original bios of my laptop

                          I believe that the problem is ME FIREMWARE, it dONT want to update

                          I wanted to update the bios under windows and I received the message "ME firemware update failed"

                          Any solution?

                                  This one is latest clean ME firmware and bios ver 2.10.0 .This has no AMT the same as your service tag config.The bios by @imranromi has AMT enabled.

                                    skl/kbl platform cpu no and mec1404 is no need to program and in 3467/3468 its common problem is of s4 missing
