You can do it yourself. Search through your backup with a hex editor for AMITSE, the password removal method is well know. There are at least 3 decoders and a few guides on the forum.

Thanks, I couldn't get the Excel decoder to work in LibreOffice but I'll try the other method next time.

If you want to copy the hex into notepad you can remove the spaces by selecting all text,select Edit - Replace, type a space into the top white box then click on replace all

You can’t find variable because you have a MS Surface Book 3 and not a MS Surface Pro 3.
Most likely you will need a BIOS chip programmer.
