Dell latitude 7490 bios

Dell 7490 I have a problem when booting for 40 seconds before the display appears. Can anyone help me to speed up booting?

If you can`t do it yourself post your bios backup and the laptop service tag, and someone will help.

P.S. I should add that the reason I want to change the Service tag is that the laptop is enrolled to Microsoft Autopilot, and this is what I want to get rid of : I had assumed that changing the service tag was the best way to do this, but I have just discovered a separate active thread Dell Microsoft autopilot issue on this forum with screenshots outlining how to get rid of Autopilot by editing/invalidating the AUTOPILOT_MARKER sections using a hex Editor. I tried doing this on my bios, but wasn't clear on how exactly to do the invalidation step , so was not yet successful ..

I'm able to install Windows on the laptop using the OOBE\bypassnro workaround, but I'd like to get the laptop into a state for the next user where it doesn't come up with this unknown company's logo whenever they reset the PC or re-install Windows ..

Thanks peste, but unfortunately that still eventually comes up with the unknown company's logo during the Windows 11 fresh install ( on an empty SSD). However I think it progressed further through the Windows install than it did previously, as if the missing AUTOPILOT_MARKERs are not sufficient to get rid of Autopilot, and it falls back to using some additional method while it contacts Microsoft 365.

Does it perhaps read some other data from the hardware config, and then use that to create the hardware hash used to identify the laptop on the Microsoft end ? I thought changing the service tag might be enough , so I tried temporarily flashing this laptop with the BIOS of another 7490 , but it still came up with the same company's logo, which I found surprising ! :~

The laptop turns on and then shuts down. A common error on Dell laptops with a corrupted BIOS.

Board No. DAZ40 LA-F322P REV: 1.0(A00) 2017-09-21 that powers but has no display and currently blinking white light on the power button. I need the Bios. I have been trying to attached the backup file as requested by "peste" but kept on saying "upload failed that am not allowed to upload file with the extension "LIGCT" I have renamed the file severally but same error message kept popping up. Sorry am new here so i don't know how its done. Please, any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
