Dell latitude 7490 bios

Hello Everyone! I have Dell Latitude 7490 Service Tag: DQ5S5M2
Board No. DAZ40 LA-F322P REV: 1.0(A00) 2017-09-21 that powers but has no display and currently blinking white light on the power button. I need the Bios. I have been trying to attached the backup file as requested by "peste" but kept on saying "upload failed that am not allowed to upload file with the extension "LIGCT" I have renamed the file severally but same error message kept popping up. Sorry am new here so i don't know how its done. Please, any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

hello LBTT1121, I have tried BIOS, it didn't work........ Though, the customer is requesting for his laptop....... I have given it to the him...... thanks for your efforts.

Laptop charges, reacts to power button but does not turn on. It does not give any led error code, just single white blink when power button is pressed and then nothing. I did the display/lcd test(D+pwrbtn), that works fine.
USB-C port negotiates 20V and charges battery as well.
Tried the usual battery remove, ram reseat stuff, no change.

Same result. I extracted bios region from original and compared it to bios region from dell support, there is 1 byte diff at the offset 0x84c485 (which is where PlatformInitPreMem is). Would that indicate corrupt bios region? (There are lot of other differences but they are way up around 0x11ab1d and above, but i guess they are expected[in Defaults/AmiStandardDefaultsVariable, DVAR stores, AmiNvramMainRomAreaGuid /NVAR etc. )
