problem solved!!! it was the swiitch board is the culprit replaced it and now laptop working fine. thanks imranromi for the bios

Lenovo with all tension S0 S3 S5
Blinking display
Blinking LEdOn Webcam
400ma 200ma 400ma loop when I plugged in the supply
All cristals signals OK
CPU with temperature, fan cooler on

CMOS CHIP 1,2,5,6 with data loop

This main Bios bin Its work for me! thanks !
