The chip is 1.8V , do you have a 1.8V adapter ?

Yes , I know this website but there is .rom files , my vbios is .bin file . I'm confused but definitely I desoldered correct chip

rename rom to bin

That`s right. The file should be padded out to 2MB using a hex editor. Post the file

GPU: GTX 1660 Ti
Mainboard: MBPGR5MP6A-AN10, OL510-MB PTV V1.0
Embedded Controller: IT8390E-256, EC flash: 25Q64CSIG

There’s an issue with power-on — the PWRBTN# signal (controlled by the EC) gets stuck. This signal is managed by the EC firmware itself.
If anyone has a working BIOS and EC dump, or could help correct my dump, I’d be very grateful, since I haven’t been able to find one publicly available.

i check for shorts and all lines are ok, i hope is bios problem, here is sn and old bios, thanks

What you posted is the 8MB EC backup. The bios is 16MB ,there is a full bios image at Razer support - https://rzr.to/ymagCg ,extract it with 7-zip or WinRAR to a folder. The bios is named P1106.rom

thanks ill try, first time i have Winbond W74M12 chip, ill try with generic 25 series chip, i hope they dont use lock keys on this chip, i have xgecu and rt809 programmers

Hello,
I am working on a Stealth 13, rz09-0310.
The symptom is, the board has 3.3v rail when plugged in. When I press power button, 5.0v rail comes up for a few seconds and the down to 0v. I see 64Mbits flash next to EC chip and 128Mbits flash next to CPU.
I am not sure if this is due to bios issue or something else.
I hope someone can help, thanks.

Thanks for response. I just checked and found chipset part on CPU overheated after I press power button. I guess the board is crooked now. I just don't want to spend for a new cpu.
