Hi SMDFlea, any chance you have V4.0 bios for RZ09-1953? My laptop bricked itself last year during a BIOS update and I'm attempting to revive it by flashing the chip with a CH341a programmer. I was able to successfully load the one you provided here (V4.02) and the power LED and keyboard power up but nothing comes on the display, nor do the fans spin. Would using the original V4.0 BIOS bin fix this? I've found a place that has the files but they are charging money so I'm trying to find it elsewhere. Thanks!

This didn't work, unfortunately. The keyboard and power LED cycle on and off but no screen or fan spin.

These don't work either. Is it possible that I need to flash other chips as well? I've located the BIOS files on other sites that charge money and they have files for four different chips on my board. The exact model number is RZ09-1953E, BettyR6_MB FCS V4.0. It is 2017 model.

I think U50/51 is the only one I can read/write with the CH341a programmer. I was told that the other chips require more power to flash them and I don't have the equipment for that.

My programmer can't read or write that chip. I think it needs more voltage that the 3.3v it uses. Here is the datasheet for U49.
