No pass, this file is compress to winrar with new encrypt method, please update winrar or used izarc or your compress manager in last update.

The above extracted file is a bin. The problem is VLC sets itself as the default app to open .bin files,you can change that by setting the file extension manually to none or to always open with a different app as default. I have set all bin files to open with HxD hex editor. If you want your programmer to open a bin file as default right click on the bin,then select "open with" then "choose default program" then choose the default app and tick the box "always use the selected program..."

Change your windows explorer folder options as well from Hide default file types so that you can see all file extensions

Do you mind to explain just a little bit, how you found the password, im used to mac, but no PC...
