Help to get Lenovo BIOS bin file for Thinkpad T560

Hello Everyone,

I have Thinkpad T560 Which has corrupted BIOS. I have acquired Ch341A SPI flasher to program the BIOS externally. I see that to program the BIOS, i need a bin file for the BIOS. I was able to extract the .exe file of BIOS from Lenovo given here in this link:

In the extracted files, I see that BIOS containing file has extension .FL1 and I need to extract or convert it into 16MB BIOS bin file. Is there somebody who might have the right tool to help me out or someone can guide me how can I do it?

I am attaching the Backup BIOS bin file that I was able to read from the BIOS chip (mx25l12873f) on the laptop, as well as the .FL1 file in N1KET54W.rar

if someone already have a BIOS bin file for thinkpad T560, please send me a copy.

My Machine Type Model is 20FH001BMH

Hi here you have a tool for extracting or you can it do also manually wit hxd just search in update keyword biosimg and select the line underneath. And select block 1000000 hex . And you have your image or you can use this tool too . But you must see in original bios what type you have you got probably by lenovo ami-pfat.

In the program, there is no option to do it for Lenovo Bios.

For the manual way of doing it, i cannot find the keyword biosimg.

Do you know which option to choose in the program?
