Why did you replace the bios chip? If you need to remove password, you just need a bios programmer.

Hi, I had to replace the eeprom because it had burned out but I loaded the bios version but at the first start the machine didn't start, I reloaded the bios and gave me the error message indicated,

You need bios programmer then you flash this bios.Otherwise no have option you unlock..
