Tried it, but it turns on to a black screen with the Underscore..nothing else, left it running for about 30 minutes and nothing changed, restarted the laptop and it starts right up without pressing power button, then black screen with the underscore again..

and software comes from HP site is asking for password while backing up bios

You need a bios programmer to backup/copy your bios and post it here.

open device : there is two eeprom ?
wich one that i must read bkp?
1st-winbond 25Q64
2nd-MXIC MX25L128
wich one contain bios password ?

MX25L128(16MB) CONTAINS BIOS PASSWORD. Post your backup here, i"ll remove the password.
