Is it possible to retrieve the password from this BIOS dump please? I checked offset 1000h like previous models, but I couldn't work it out on this one.

if you can't get rid of the password, use the bios from post #17, and pass the DMI information from the bios with the password, to the new bios...you have the DMI interval at post #17...

According to your link, that would be Keypresses:
07 = Key 6
03 = Key 2
30 = Key B
0B = Key 0
22 = Key G
02 = Key 1
2F = Key V
08 = Key 7
60 = ???

What stands 0x60 for? I tried different variations, no success so far. Its a detachable Lenovo Keyboard, German layout, no number block

I managed to get the password, first byte is the length, last byte is checksum.

Unable to extract BIOS password from this dump. I've checked Offset 201000 but some of the hex is not translateable into scancodes...
The chip has been desoldered and read many times, so I believe the dump is accurate.
What am I missing? I would rather figure out the password than flash a new BIOS.
