Thanks, after few tries I was able to read whole bios and unlocked using RCunlocker

I tried unlocking the 840 G4 bios because it was password protected. He no picture since then! I uploaded both the original dump and the unlocked file! Please help!

You will need an SPI bios programmer to make a backup of the chip.The chip is in a WSON8 package,so you will need to desolder it first ,then put it into a WSON8 adapter or alternatively use a WSON8 pogo adapter (unreliable YMMV) .Then read the chip a few times,check to make sure you`ve made a good backup, then post it here inside a zip or rar attachment.

Thank you. So basically, RCUnlocker or any other tool can't bypass/reset the Administrator BIOS password without removing the chip?
