I have a problem with the x250

Problem with locked bios (supervisor password)
i have Read the file using raspbery pi b+, modified the .bin file, but when i power on the laptop says f1 to go to bios, if i press it the laptop shuts down.
I have tried multiple times still after pressing f1 the laptop shuts down, havent tried yet reflashing the original bios to it. but i believe nothing's wrong with it.
the file.
In the configuration i have replaced the following using UEFITool :
LenovoTranslateService.fbd
BootOption.fbd
SystemPpisNeededByDxeCore.fbd

I have finally received my eeprom programmer, and ... successfully achieved! password deleted on my x250, thanks to all who have helped

For that model you might need different file. I am not sure because I haven't compared 4th/5th gen to 6th/7th/8th gen yet. But try it first and let me know.

Don't forget BootOptions and SystemPpisNeededByDxe which are found in some previous post in this topic.

Yes, as long continues to the password pront, with the latest BIOS will always give checksum error ( 5 beeps x 2 ), If it ends up working then you have to put your original bios.

image size is 8mb, but t440s need 16mb image.

But this BIOS with clean ME work only for one laptop, other laptop freeze after thinkpad logo. When I press F1 key nothing happens, and laptop freeze.

I had someone help me with the supervisor password for a T450s previously. The patched bios used the allservice program, but its special in that it effectively nulls the hardware ID mechanism.

I think this might be what some of you are looking for, no?
