Impossible, Dell inspiron 1520 bios is 1mb only-100% sure. Someone might have changed the chip. you try my dump with a new 1mb chip.

that is wrong the dump is 2MB, model board DA0FM5MB8F0 Rev F check IC U14 SST25VF016B in schematic bye.
