I cannot read the bios. The bios reader says its corrupted

No bios is hp site i think is difficult.

Have another one, first i must dissasemble the pad. then i try to read the another bios to read.
This parts are outlisted from a company.

I would like to know how to locate the chip in order to remove it and read the BIOS... any help please ?
