check again ... you should have two bios chips ... one with a content of 4MB and one with 8MB, what programmer do you use ?? remove the bios chip from the motherboard before reading or writing, do not use the clip , you might have errors..if you don't have anything to desolder off the bios chip, solder wires between the chip's legs and the programmer ..
The second chip does not exist and does not seem to have been there, there are no traces of soldering / desoldering, it does not have the necessary components around as in the other chip.
I use CH431 and the chip is detached from the board.
I'm not at my first experience, but this time it's beyond me.
I downloaded the bios file from Lenovo for B590, I extracted the CAP file, but I still can't handle it.

and this is the bios extracted from the update on the 8MB site.
That's right, but I don't know how to turn this into a bin file and write on one chip.
Did you download Peste's file?

Are you kidding?
You wanted a bin file - Peste did it for you, extracted from your cap file.
So you have ready for programming file. What more do you want?
But before programming the new file, read and save the original dump, at least because of the DMI information in it.

The backup bin (the original dump) has 1,024 kb and the file what peste send it to me is 8,192 kb.
Sorry for my stupidity.
W25Q64XXXX is 64 Megabits flash memory chip = 64 Megabits (Mb) = 8,192 KiloBytes (KB) = Peste's file is OK = your file is not OK = should be 8,192 KB too = read chip again.
