The second chip does not exist and does not seem to have been there, there are no traces of soldering / desoldering, it does not have the necessary components around as in the other chip.
I use CH431 and the chip is detached from the board.
I'm not at my first experience, but this time it's beyond me.
I downloaded the bios file from Lenovo for B590, I extracted the CAP file, but I still can't handle it....
It is not alwais the gpu and if you disable the Ati gpu you will loose the hdmi port. So read this is not so complicated how it looks:

I did exactly how pere00 said for blank screen but running fan (I initially suspected gpu problem cause my keyboard does not have the caps lock LED) on HP G62-a80sv. Make UEFI usb stick with 52264 tool from HPSupport/model nr./bios on Windows 7 computer. Download also from the same place (HPSupport/model nr./bios) 49367 (F0B) bios update. Unpack the 49367...
