As per PM the below two dump files are one original with pass and the other edited by me for unlocking.
as per my edited file have no display and the original have ok but password please check and help to solve the problem.

thanks for reply but i write the original file on another blank winbond chip 25q64fvs(8mb).it does not work. no display..original chip number 25q064a..13e40,,,,,is there any difference between these chip,,,or there is somthing else problem?.becuz i dont want to disturb the original chip memory before confirmation....i tried 2 different working blank chip with original dump (with password) but same no display.

on some platform eproms must be identical

you have backup of rom, you can do whatever you like with it, and then write backup back if needed

You are right sir but i write backup rom (non edited) on other blank chip as number mentioned above and soldered on board but not working witk black display only power led on and fan running but when i install original chip the display comes...my cocern is why the other chip are not working with original backup..so i am hesitating writing file on original chip because i only read the original chip .
And i check your provided file and my edited file with hexaeditor compare file option both are same...
For your information i am using CH341 Programmer? Thanks

if your backup with password does not work on new chip then

1. new chips are either bad or incompatible with the board
2. not written as they should

try erase, write, compare
then read chip to file
compare file written and file read from chip (rar or zip them both and then check crc)

if they are the same then your chips does not work on this board
if they are not the same, problem with chips or programmer itself

as for password
search $SVS and fill with 0xff for everything there (usually found two times in dump)
and password is gone

The problem solved.
The problem was in dump file as i uploaded in my first post that was corrupted.
i read the original chip again and compare with with first dump there were a lot of differences showing hexaeditor. so i save the new dump and write with on another chip..this time laptop work with other chip then i modify the new dump file for password removal and write again this time every things work fine password removed ok.
but i dont know why the first read file was corrupted and that is my good luck that i did not disturbed the original chip till to confirmation.
