Ok thanks but Ive recheck the voltage Ive notice that there is no 19v in the dc jack but when I Replace PL1 19v is present but there are no voltage on all mosfet and coil. Please help what should cause trouble for no voltage on the board. I'd experienced this in dv6000, no voltages at all. i just thought internal problem.
I think laptop board has 6 layers of copper plate, may be internal problem.Comment

I did not. I told to my client that the problem was the system board and to be replace with a new one, my client agreed so i did.
Don't waste your time like i did, almost changed everything, still nothing.Comment

You are correct ive changed everything shorted and change maxim ic still the same this board is hard to fix thats why ive told also the client to replace the board my client also agree i spend 2days fixing this board what a waste of timeComment

Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I'm not looking for a specific BIOS file, I'm trying to understand how one makes a clean BIOS file. So here's the background. I have 2 HP EliteDesk 800 g2 mini 35w pcs. One is working fine; the other doesn't have display out or working USB's nor does it have any flashing error lights. The CPU does get worm enough to cause the fan to spin up, so I think it's posting, but I just don't know. I had it working at one point but trouble started when I tried to put in a drive caddy that had a cooling fan on it. I thought it would be compatible but wasn't... -

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. Hi Guys,
Looking for some help with an HP Elite Dragonfly.
The customer explained it was updating the BIOS, the flashing completed, but afterwards the laptop wouldn’t power back on.- The laptop has no power but does take the correct voltage.
- It shows 5 flashes white/amber, which indicates a BIOS issue.
- I backed up the original BIOS to extract the feature byte etc.
- I then flashed the BIOS with a clean version from HP’s website, but the laptop still gives 5 white/amber flashes.
Just wanted to pick your brains on this — has anyone come across this before or...
