I've resolve my problem of MAC address, I was searching this number as text and not as an HEX value.
With UEFItool, I've extracted my DMI info. But what I don't understand is my DMI zone is begining at offset 40000h with a size of 10000h (same as Angel-boy), but if I'm comparing with the BIOS in "Bios Asus k95v (K95VB) fixed.zip", the empty DMI zone is beginning at 20000h for a length of 30000h. That does ot seem really logical to me.
My BIOS was at version 209 when it crashed and the mobo is of course the same LA-A681P (there is an error for the P/N in the title, that's not LA-681P).
