the problem is capslock blinks 2 time no dispaly the bios chip is winbond 25q64fw but my programmer cannot support this chip and i cannot bkup old dump.

then you need 1.8v adapter/programmer for that chip,

there is no list is programmer winbond 25q64fw an other chip winbond 25q64bv/fv also support before read chip first select device the device list winbond 25q64fw no number is chip.but my problem is not chip i need bios and bios dump another chip 25q64bv/fv i think is working another chip 64byts.

it's different voltage fw and bv, measure pin8 1.8v or 3,3v

There are five type of file for your model on Hp officially site first read your old dump and match the ID as mentioned in the End of list or try all five one is definitely will match.

Agree with kazia, could be corrupt when you reprogrammed with programmer which not supported for IC low voltage windbond FW series. or you can kill the IC its self with 3.3v

what's your programmer?

AFAIK, only sofi-sp16b that has supported 1.8v, if not sofi then you need adapter to convert 3.3v to 1.8v

chip problem is solved i replace the ic 25q64cv is working but i need bios dump.

I think this is the main problem, you cannot replace 1.8v chip with 3.3v chip.

bios chip problem is solved update the programmer software before the software update there is no list winbond 25q64fw after update software there is list winbond 25q64fw but the chip problem is solved.
