    HP 15-p251nv DAY23AMB6F0 (Quanta Y23A) BIOS

The laptop came to me after a good bath of coffee.
I make a good cleaning with isopropyl and flux off spray and then inspection with no sign of damage. Power on MB with 0,77A consumption. Fan is spinning, CPU, GPU warmed up but i can't say the same for FCH and nothing on screen.
    I make some measurements.
    Voltage is Before PWRBTN/After PWRBTN
    PL11: 167k 3V/3V
    PL12: 173K 0V/0,959V
    PL17: 12,3Ω 0V/0,995V
    PL14: 64,6Ω 0V/1.371V
    PL16: 9.7Ω 0V/1.098V
    PL18:9.7Ω 0V/1.098V
    PL21:27.3Ω 0V/1V
    PL22: 69.6Ω 0V/1.199V
    PL26:0.486K 0V/1.396V
    PL24: 203.3Ω 0V/1.136V
    PL25: 9K 0V/5V
    PL29: 16.6K 0V/3.377V
I can't find the schematic but i think i have all the voltages.
    Any help?

if you ask me i think it is programmable because kb901X is programmable and has a size of 128kb and it is the series of kb902X and i think this one will be size of 256kb its just my assumption but your laptop is ON than i think it is not kbc problem so first go for reflowing the FCH
                    wish you all the best.

after decrypted file from official hp web site, there are 3 files, i don't know what you need.
                      2x 4.096kb and 1x8.192kb

make sure your programmer already supporting for new bios chip that has low voltage 1.8v (my opinion)

tony 3.3 and 5 volts will be present on S3 only , meaning that 3.3 and 5 volts will appear on the coils after machine start . chek main vcc lines for KBC as also chek voltage present on powerbutton and bios . i got a machine that wont start up , it does charge , it turn on and off like 1 milisecond (once i press on off ) cheking local stuff no shorts found , thinking in possiblew SIO problem , but without pdf do make extra tests it becomes a bit try it or fuck it .
indeed all KB901X series are programable , major is 128k , but allready had some with 64kb or 256kb , in case you need EC files let me know , also for programing you need to use keyboard socket to wire to your programmer in order to programme SIO
